My opinion:
I think she's hot. One of the reasons I keep playing Borderlands... wub.gif thumbsup.gif

Below is an interview of Britanni Johnson, the actress who plays the "Guardian Angel" in Borderlands. This interview was done by 87Bazillion.
QUOTE
So how did you get involved with Gearbox and Borderlands?

I got involved through an audition process at the beginning of the year. It all started at a casting call, then I went through a series of auditions after that with different people at Gearbox and different scripts. And I’ve been with them ever since

What was the development process like?

In the beginning it was a lot of learning the character and the game. I really needed a good understanding of what was going on to portray my character. Then we spent a full week on filming. The whole process was exciting and fun, I really did not want filming to end. Then I just waited anxiously until the game was released to see the how everything turned out.

Did you ever think that you would be in a videogame?

When I first got into acting I never imagined being in a video game, it never hit me that it would be a good idea to be in something that I love to play. I was really unsure about where the industry was or how even to get into it. The casting was a surprise and at the time I really didn’t know what I was getting myself into, it was the best trip to Dallas for an audition that I have ever made.

Are you a gamer yourself?

I am a gamer, I actually LOVE playing video games! It really comes from watching my brothers playing Playstation growing up. Right now I have an Xbox 360 at my house, but I can always go to my family’s home and play our Nintendo Wii, Nintendo 64, and Playstation 2. I say that I like all kinds of games, but that does not mean I am good at all of them. For example, I love scary games like Silent Hill and Resident Evil ( I would rather watch someone play a scary game than rent a movie) but I ultimately fail at them. Usually what happens, is I run around and loot, then when zombies come crashing into the windows I scream and throw the controller to someone around me! But I would have to say, I love to play (and I am good at) role playing games. My favorites are Final Fantasy 7, Oblivion, Borderlands, and Fallout 3. The first game I ever had was Zelda: Ocarina of Time for Nintendo 64 … and I could actually beat it, so I think that’s where I found my calling. Every once in awhile I will make my attempt at Call of Duty or Halo, but it doesn’t turn out that glorious.

Who’s your favorite character from the game?

The Hunter, Mordecai, well…because I just love snipers.

What’s it like to play the game and see yourself in it?

It is fun, at first I would notice it every time, and I would pop up and get excited and my friends and family would laugh at me. But now when I play I barely think about it. So when my friends point it out I’m like, “oh yea”.

So what’s up with the Guardian Angel?

She is just as much of a mystery to me as she is to you. From the beginning you are unsure of her, where she comes from, or simply who she is. Throughout the game you develop a relationship with her as you play, however the mystery is always there. The people at Gearbox are so creative and you never really know what they will come up with next, So it will be exciting to see where they go with it.

So you guided us to the vault. We killed it, and well…

It is true that it wasn’t quite what our adventurers were expecting. But are you really sure what happened? It seems pretty open ended to me what the possibilities are for what happens next.

Can we expect to see the Guardian Angel again?

Like I said before, the team at Gearbox is very creative and are always coming up with new ideas. I really am unsure of what’s to come.
